Hello,
One of our technicians was logged into our RAQ4 recently, when his link to
the WWW dropped out. The tech had happened to have just hit the "save
changes" button when adding a new user.
As soon as the link came back online for the technician, he realised the
disaster which had just taken place. The RAQ had lost every single domain
name, every single username, every single password - and there were
hundreds. The next 12 hours were spent frantically re-entering everything
from a Word document with all the user details in it (luckily), and
eventually the RAQ was up and running again, and not many users hadn't
noticed a problem, as it has occurred overnight, and was fixed by 6am the
next day.
* My question is: Is there a way to backup the RAQ's "master file", or
better still - is there a "master file" where it keeps its' user data (like
a master user table for everyone and everything)??
Thanks for your time...
