Not sure if the the following information is (still?) accurate, but I was
told by a tech at AT&T that there was a bug in the RaQ3's that caused these
type of memory errors to occur if the machine had been running without a
reboot for more than 177 days straight ( or something like that). I had the
same worning and it =did= go away after a re-boot.
