Hi Sheeta,

in setting up your users, you'll find a checkbox:

o Shell Access

If checked, this user will have Telnet (/SSH) and FTP access. This is not
set automatically.

Just try it out: Create a new user without giving 'Shell Access' and login
via Telnet with this username & password. You will see this message:

************************* Access Denied *************************
*                                                               *
* Sorry, you do not have telnet/shell access to this Cobalt *
* server.                                                       *
*                                                               *
*****************************************************************

... and kicked out.

If you delete a user account its space will be available again for further
use.

Hendrik.
