My raq that did that was hacked

I found that ssh was running on it (i didnt put it there)

I logged in via ssh and found that the hacker had chown'ed the
login files.  I moved the sites to another box and got out the
OS restore cd

I have searched the archives but with no success.

I can telnet to any site logging in as admin admin, however any other users
cannot. Telnet is enable on the virtual sites and for some users. When they
attempt to login via telnet they all get login incorrect.

Any pointers?
