"joe" is a text editor. It's NOT on RaQs by default. I always get
permission from my clients to install it on RaQs I work on, and I always
tell my clients that I've done so in an email.
I don't think I've ever worked on your RaQ, Steve, but it's reasonable
to presume I'm not the only person out there who prefers it. Perhaps
your colo company installed it?
