[cobalt-users] need some info about restoring the rag4

hello all@list,

have posted this question 5 days ago and had no response. :-(
can't imagine you don't know this one :-) come on, pls hook me up;

why is it that the raq4 restores data only?
I am using the standard backup/restore from raq4.
Are the backup/restore solutions from arkeia and legato better 
and do they restore virtual sites and users?
Or am i missing a clue and is it not necassary/possible to 
restore the virtual sites and their users..
