It's $199 for the raq4 and $99 for the raq3...
and the charges are as additional to raq3 - again - as it comes with this
stuff in raq4...

from the main page of 4webspace.com:
">For a limited time only, we are now offering the Cobalt RaQ4,
        for only $199US/month!"

and again - it depends on needs. the IPs are not so expensive as well. in
fact, $20/64 IPs... well with the company u suggest, on the same price you
can get a raq4 with about 320 IPs... right with a little less bandwidth
still... most companies won't need that much IPs for simple webhosting...
but again.. I might be wrong...
