I've been with them since January. So far things have been great. No 
downtime except when they upgraded to new nameservers and the problem was 
due to the fact that I had a bad zone entry entered that the new version 
of BIND didn't like. I've been very pleased with their technical support 
overall. I do have the best luck with tech support when you just call in 
instead of using their case manager. I've never had to wait long at all 
to talk with a tech on the phone and they have also been very willing to 
help and answer any questions that I might have.

I would definitely recommend using their services.
