[cobalt-users] Cube 2 User - Secondary Interface IP Address

I have a Cube 2 and had it up and working successfully with 209.2XX.XX.19 as
the Secondary Interface address on the Cube.  This was connected to my DSL
Modem ...The ISP Gateway IP 2099.2.xx.xx.18.

I tried to change the Secondary Interface IP Address to 209.2xx.xx.23.
(Yes, I did choose save and reboot from the GUI) from both the GUI and the
LCD interface on the back of the cube.  But, the new address will not take
and the GUI interface says "not connected to the network".   And, the LCD IP
address now displays the LAN Gateway address 192.168.1.1.  

I have powercycled the DSL modem to make sure the cache is clear.  And, I
power cycled the Cube just to make sure it was clear but, it still wont
accept the new address and seems to be defaulting to the .19 address because
i can ping it.

What am I missing.
