I have Seagate 30Gig's in each of two RAQ1's. Have worked fine.
These are for heavy duty use. and 7200RPM.

Use Cobalt restore disk to easily format and setup (make sure and choose
RAQ1-->RAQ2 software restore). I've read not to go over 30Gig size.
