I want to be the richest man in the world, have beautiful women fawning at
my feet and become the greatest philosopher the world has ever known. Also,
I wouldn't mind being recognized as a religious icon and solving all of the
worlds ills. Can I do this with a Raq XTR?

This is so off topic... You should ask in an Apache or HTML/Web Authoring
forum, but you'll probably get an answer something like this:

"You need the often overlooked HTML tag <annoy_user src='/your page
