[cobalt-users] Restrict sender to Majordomo list

I am trying to restrict a mailing list so only one person can send to it. I
previously found some help on this and edited the configuration file for the
mailing list to make a change to restrict_post. I know this has been
discussed before and there are quite a few references to it in the archives,
but...

This is on a 4i

I edited the configuration file for a particular mailing list to change the
restrict_post entry to change it from the name of the mailing list (where
anyone on the list can send to it) to a separate file which I then created
with the email address of the authorized sender in it. It worked fine, but
the first time the owner of the list made changes in the GUI, the
configuration file was over-written and the restrict_post was changed back
to the name of the mailing list. Is there a solution to this that would
still allow the end-user to use the GUI to make changes to the list of
recipients but maintain the restriction I am trying to apply?
