The answer is, you upload as the site admin. You'll see this, IIRC, on any
Linux server as admin can't be a member of more than 32 groups.
Better not to mess with any ownerships as you may have problems later on.
You best bet, IMO, would be to set up a method of assigning a semi-generic
site user name, such as admin23 for site 23.
