sometimes it helps to not have the customer messing with the .htaccess file
and it's better left hidden so
with ws-ftp just right click on the files on the right side and the select
FTP Commands>retr and enter .htaccess and then say ok to the name on your
machine and voila, there it will be on the left side.....using the ChgDir
button also works for traversing into the dir .cobalt to see the html of the
templated GUI in order to get a handle on what needs changing, you can get
the files with FTP, just not upload but hey, once you have them you can put
them in your admin folder and then mv or cp them back to the .cobalt
folder....
