If you don't have FrontPage to use to Publish the site with, get the MS Web
Publishing Wizard and follow the step by step for publishing to a FrontPage
site. Only have it upload necessary .html and images. Ideally, someone with
FrontPage should either use the Publish command or open the site
www.domain.com live in FrontPage and use the File --> Import function to
import the .html and images to the web site. Don't mess with any files
beginning with "_".
