Hi,
We are starting to get errors on our server...
The first problem that we noticed was trying to run PINE from admin (root is
okay!)
First of all, we could not forward any mail - it complained about a
sent-messages folder not existing, and then offered to create one - however
it then errors out saying that it cannot create the folder.
Now when we go in as PINE (v4.33), we get an error saying...
'Can't lock for write: /tmp must have 1777 protection'
'Mailbox is open by another process, access is read only'
Also we have now got a message in the admin box marked -
'Majordomo Abort (mj_resend)!!'
The message reads - 'shlock '/var/tmp' is not writeable by VID8 GID2
Does anyone have any ideas as to the problem(s)?
