Okay so this is an old exploit which then leaves me with a few
questions.
#1) Cobalt is setting up new Raq3's with a vulnerable kernel 2.2.14C5
<according to the above text file/link> AND vulnerable sendmail 8.9.3?
Doesn't make much sense can someone please explain?
#2) Since sendmail will be my first area to upgrade, anyone comment on
how nicely the upgrade went from sendmail 8.9.3, problems/concerns and
which sendmail version did you upgrade to???
#3) I read upgrading to the Linux 2.4 kernel isn't something for us
novice peons <newbies> to try and that Cobalt was working on this.
Soooo which upgrade, if any, do I want to use??? And how did this
upgrade go??? again, problems/concerns/advice?
Oh yeah- I've been to kernel.org, sendmail.org and have searched the
archives so I am allowed to now receive help <snicker>.
Thank you all for your GREAT and DETAILED explanations in advance!!!???
