Well, if you're gonna get picky, only one process is ever running on a one
cpu machine anyhow ;)
I think Jens is trying to keep it simple ;)
A long description of what constitutes a runnable process would take 5
pages ;0
Since the poor fellow is running javapigchat i think an assumption
everything it waiting for cpu is probably fair -/
Tho i suppose the possibly that everything is blocked waiting for swap
isn't totally unreasonable if he has say 8meg of ram per process;)
How's this: A load average of 13 means your machine is trying to do 13
times more stuff than it can ;)
