Yes, several times.
Most (!) of the sites and configuration will be transferred without
problems.
Sometimes weird things happen (Frontpage doesn't work, a user account
disappear, a password doesn't work). Nothing much.
All in all, it's 1000 times easier than moving everything by hand.
