You must first turn on the ASP server through the control panel.
1. Login as Admin
2. Select Control Panel from the left navigation menu
3. Make sure there is a check mark next to ASP Administrative Server
4. If they need a DSN setup to connect to their database click on the
parameters link next to ASP Administrative Server
5. Next click the site management link on the left navigation menu
6. Select the clients site
7. Select Site Settings and check the check box next to Enable Active Server
Pages (ASP)
That's it, you should be good to go after doing this.
