- List-id: Mailing list for users to share thoughts on Cobalt products. <cobalt-users.list.cobalt.com>
After a few days trying to configure a script to run as root from my
virtual page I finally entered the knowledgebase and leanrt there's no
necesity to use a foreing script. Cobalt give the users the posibility
to change their profile in http://www.yourserver.tld/personal
!!!
That's good. Coool!! but......
The main language of my users is Spanish (apart from some Quechua) and
very few can read more than 3 words in english. So it'll be very hard
for them to enter that URL and see everything in Ensligh. Sorry for them
you will say.. I'm sorry too but I've also my boss all day over me
asking me to setup something (a script) to allow the users to change
their passwords, so:
1-Can I just edit the few HTML files under:
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/personal and translate them? (of course, only
the messages, not the tags)
2-What will happen the day cobalt decides to update/change/break that
section? Will cobalt update just overwrite my (for sure) nifty
translation?
Some help will be appreciated. In the meantime, I'll start translating
that directory.

Ernesto Pérez Estévez
PS: Ohh.. BTW.. Ernesto Pérez Estévez looks like:
Ernesto P(81e9)rez Est(81e9)vez
in that profile.. has anybody experienced with those extra (non-english)
characters?
