It is actually very easy.
You do not need to edit anything on the RaQ server.
Change DNS for all your domains, so that the RedHat box is listed with an MX
record (with a higher cost = lower priority than your RaQ).
Setup the RedHat with a mailserver. Setup a relay list so that it will relay
for all your domains (or you could set it up to check if ip of the redhat
box is listed as a MX record for the domain). Make sure that you do not
declare the domains as "local" -- only allow relaying!
That's it.
