Hi Declan,
I think your PostgresSQL server isnt't running.
You need to telnet to your Raq. Su to root. And restart it. Something like
this.
- telnet ip-address-of-your server (like telnet 221.158.144.111)
- login as admin
- su root (password same as admin account)
- cd /etc/rc.d/init.d
- ./postgresql status (I think this reports " PostgresSQL not running")
- ./postgresql start
And if everything is alright then it should be up and running again.
Good luck,
Oblix

I was updating my Raq4 and installing new packages from the Cobalt download
site. All went well until I installed either Raq4-All-System-1.0.1.9447.pkg
or Raq4-All-Security-1.0.2-8762.pkg.
I cannot now access my server management interface. I get the message "The
server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
complete your request".
Also, every 15 minutes I receive the message from my server, "PostSQL server
is down and cannot be restarted".
Can anybody please help?
Declan Connolly.
