[cobalt-users] RAQ2 SU for root password not working.. forgot password..apache not running

I know part of the solution to my ROOT password problem but I try many of
the various method.
I simply lost my root password.

I reset from the panel. it doesn´t work.
I have admin access but cannot SU into a root.
I check ps and Apache is not running so I don´t have web based access at
all.
I also use null modem to connect serial in but cannot stop some of the
process or break in.
I post a message to support but without any response.
I am the only one in this world to have forgotten the root password.
I wish I have a RESTORE CD.. anyone can help on this, Does anyone has a
RESTORE CD at all. I am willing to pay for it...

Having said that, I have another RAQ2 which is running smoothly.
