Great! It'll be a low-traffic list, which will help make sure it
represents very little load on your server, so it's a good project.

However, let me suggest you consider someday moving it to a board-type
or newsgroup-type forum, where people post stuff and it automatically
expires after a certain date. Also, let me suggest that you only allow,
say, three active posts per person. Otherwise you're going to have some
company posting 150 ads and drowning out other real content, making the
forum far less useful. And this kind of thing would allow for easier
searching if it eventually becomes database-driven.
