Your old host name will live in some Internet nameservers cache for $TTL,
Just wait a while (what is your $TTL?) usually 24 hours.
This type of a change will sort itself out.
If you plan ahead, you can set your $TTL to a very low level for 24 hours,
make the change, then set the $TTL to a more realistic value.
