[cobalt-users] permission denied for siteadmins

hi!

I've a problem with my siteadmins. They can not make dirs or upload files in
their /web-dirs (or in the root "/" of the virtual domain), but they can
upload in /users/username/web. I can chown the dir of the website, but I
have to do it everytime when I add a virtual site. And it only works if
there is only one siteadmin.
Can somebody help me?
