Something has changed on my RaQ4

I noticed that the site in /home/sites/site2 is no longer reachable via
http, but I can telnet in, traceroute, etc.

I've restarted apache, and then redid the setting for the site

</VirtualHost>
<VirtualHost xxx.xxx.xxx.xx>
ServerName www.thedomain.net
ServerAdmin site2
DocumentRoot /home/sites/site2/web
ServerAlias thedomain.net www.thedomain.net

Other virtual hosts have admin as ServerAdmin

Any hints?
