[cobalt-users] Spanish manual

HI , im a webmaster of a company in mexico , we recently buy a cobalt raq4
for our IT departament , but we have to deliver all the instructions and
systems in spanish , would anyone of you have a raq4 manual in spanish and
tell me how can i obtain an operating system in spanish too? or how can i
securely modify the control panel in order to my users see it on spanish?

i really will appreciate your help , you would save me days (maybe months)
of translation and programming.
