[cobalt-users] New Virtual Site

Very new to Cobalt.  What is the procedure for adding a virtual site?

1. Add virtual site using control panel
2. Add A/MX record to DNS?
3. Modify domain nameserver records.

My Cobalt came with a master IP address and 16 other IP addresses.  I
leave the master IP address alone and just use one of the other 16 IP
addresses for my virtual sites, right?
