Have you registered ns1.solonix.com as the NAMESERVER ?  (see the place where your domain is registered !)

Then the other new domains should be pointed to ns1.solonix.com and not the IP (most wont allow the IP) you way also seriously want to concider where you are gonna point the secondary nameserver for the new domain ?  I guess you dont have 2 servers or 2 IP's do you ?  If not, visit somewhere like granitecanyon.com, they offer free (non-commercial :) ) 2ndry (slave) DNS bits, (as well as primary)
