Greg,
Please quote the letter that you're replying to, and put your response
underneath of the quote. (Like I've done here.)
When you post at the top of the letter, we have to scroll down to see what
you're talking about. And when you include the entire digest, we have *no*
idea which post you're referring to.
Plus including the entire digest really makes the downloads unmanageable and
far bigger than they need to be - some people outside of the US pay for
their time hour by hour or by the amount they download - big digests stuck
on the end of posts make both of these methods more costly than they have to
be.
