Diane,

You may or may not get useful answers to this question. I do not happen
to know the answer, since I just run the server; someone else creates
content for it.

Having said that, I'd like to point out that this is a forum for talking
about Cobalt products, our experiences with them, etc. and for asking
each other's help in resolving problems that each of us encounters. It
is a great place to find answers to questions you can't resolve on your
own...

...and mostly it is those questions (the ones you can't resolve on your
own) that you should bring to the list. Basic education, including how
to create a form, is something that you are expected to do for yourself,
since 10,000 of us asking that kind of question would quickly make the
list unreadable.

Please do try to answer this for yourself. Then, if you have
difficulties, post another question. We'll help you with your problems,
but we will not educate you. You have to do that yourself.

By the way, if you're a beginner then PLEASE spend a few hours and go
through the archives on this list for the last two months reading about
security. It will scare you and make you realize that you have to work
harder than you thought before, but it's better that you get scared now
than hacked tomorrow (and tomorrow *is* a possibility, so start on it).
