I've had one or two problems with them (mainly in transferring domains
from one of their reseller accounts).
I don't agree that they are useless - sure sometimes the emails take a
little while to be answered but once I've replied to them with another
question they always seem to get back fairly quickly.
Yes, I agree that asking them several questions does not always get an
answer to all of them, but all I do is send several emails each with a
single question.
Their access was a little ropey a few weeks ago - pings to my server were
dropping out but I believe that this was due to a DoS attack on a server
on their network. Since they upgraded their bandwidth I've not had any
problems - using "watchmyserver" over the past couple of weeks returns a
100% access every day.
In case you are wondering - no I have no connection with Wbefusion apart
from having used their reseller account for about 18 months and using
their dedicated server package with a Raq4 since September last year.
Cheers
