Only if you're linking to the admin section for some reason. The rest of
your site isn't affected.

You can also use this for an ordering page, etc. - (just toss an 's' in
front of the link, like https://yoursite.com/order/index.html) but make sure
you alert the user that they'll have to hit OK for the browser to accept the
cert. And before you decide to do this, test it on a Nutscrape browser -
those poor users have to go through about 5 different bs information screens
and keep hitting buttons before it will finally serve the page up to them as
secure. (How I hate Nutscrape... let me count the ways...)
