Adam, your host name has probably changed.  The host
name has to be set-up to relay in the E-mail Properties
(use the control panel in Server Management).

You can find you host name in the log file which you
can download in the Site Usage page for the email
domain in question.  You will see in the log where the
attempts are being rejected because of relaying.  In
those lines you will see relay=[hostname], where
hostname is the name of your host.  This can be a name
or an IP address.
