Not sure what's doing it, BUT I can say that mine stopped after I disabled 
Legato backup server (The weekly cron error started after I made the last 
bunch of patches, but it didn't happen this week. The backup server is the 
only difference I can think of...).

Maybe just a coincidence, but maybe not.
