well it really won't slow it as much as you think
say an email takes an average of 5 seconds to arrive? it'll take 5.5
seconds instead.
and again, i did suggest that for MAIL servers outgoing IP address should
be set reverse DNS (if posssible) - for regular sites - I really don't see
a reason for it, sorry.
