[cobalt-users] Useful "How do I...?" resource for Linux newbies

This isn't exactly Raq-specific information, but during my quests to glean 
knowledge from the Web, I ran across this intro to some of the tools 
available on Linux systems. It might be a good place to start when your Raq 
suddenly takes on a mind of its own.

Perhaps this link could be added to a Raq Faq file.
