[cobalt-users] Read Log Files with PHP

Hi, I'm trying to write a PHP script that reads the log files from the
individual sites on a RaQ 4r (as in /home/sites/www.site.com/logs/web.log).
However, when I try to open a log for reading (with fopen) I get a
permission denied error. Is it possible to read the web.log files with PHP?
If so, how?
