Go into the Control Panel, then Email Parameters.
In the area where you put an address to reject all mail from this domain,
put in:
da.uu.net

Save changes, save changes and so on till you get back out of it.
You may also want to simply turn off email services for a half hour or so
until the jerk gets the idea that he can't send any more stuff through your
machine.

You may also want to drop him into your hosts.deny file... as root, in
telnet (or ssh), type:
/sbin/route add -host da.uu.net reject
