I've looked at it, and would love to use it.

However, I have this one question I hope you can help me with (remember,
I'm using a standard RH7 box now, not Cobalt).
Where does Webmin put things?
I mean, I've decided to put all my sites in /home/sites, and all my
users in /home/users, and so on... How does Webmin decide how to do
virtual hosting, and where can I read about this? Unfortunately I have
*not* been able to answer my own questions with the site's info, and I
don't dare test this on a production server, and I don't have my second
box up yet...
If this is too off-topic (Cobalt list after all), please reply
privately.
