Really, if you subscribe to this list you will soon find out that a few
folks (Carrie, Rodolfo, Dan (when he's not wielding his etiquette axe), and
Dom provide an abundance of help FOR FREE to those of us less adept with our
Cobalt products. Do they drop a plug occasionally or smack some "less than
studious" list member upside the head on occasion ? Sure, but they have
earned that right. So thicken up your skin and listen to what they are
really saying !
