I have... check the configuration file. A common mistake is to not
allow access from the domain you wish to run the counter on. You'll
find the configuration file in /conf - If you've already done that,
try setting the /data directory to chmod 777 . What that is not a
good idea, if you installed the counter as a non privledged user you
may have to help it along a bit If going makes it work.
