If I were you, I would delete all you v-sites from the GUI, make sure all
your <VirtualHost> entries are gone (except the home site entry of course)
then try to add everything back in thru the GUI. No guarantees of course.

The Cobalt GUI runs off a totally separate
web server which runs as a root user.  /etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf config
file for that server.
