[cobalt-users] case sensitive html - customer confusion

 we are having some problems with customers who transfer their sites to us 
who have mixed case on their filenames and when they ftp their stuff up to 
the raq the links don't work.

 it is simple enough to fix but it causes much confusion to customers and 
they just don't understand.

 has anyone run into this and has anyone found a better fix?
