Thom,
I *assumed* that since RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-1.0.pkg
obsoletes;
 RaQ4-All-System-0.0.1-7657.pkg  and
RaQ4-All-Security-0.0.1-8061 (glibc update) 
That starting with RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-1.0.pkg would be OK.
That's what I did!
