If you have your own box I would suggest installing mysql. It is not hard,
I have installed the rpm from cobalt and also upgraded to the latest version
via a tarball. Directions have been posted several times to the list. PHP
is compiled with mysql support built in, although I am not sure if a
recompile will be neccessary to add MYSQL after the fact. But really it is
a trivial task that should take 15 - 30 minutes.
