Why the 'ns' control panel?, the IP you are using is 'ns2'

nameserver has nothing to do with it, if you are using the same IP as the
nameserver
that is fine.

Do you have the nameserver records set up for www.achieve-it.com ?
Just checked, looks like you do.
Are you sure that you have the 'site' IP set to ns2 IP 212.67.197.39?
