The default config on the Raq3 with updated patches applied is closed relay.
I have tested my own raq3 with ORBS and it passed with no modifications to
sendmail. I'm guessing that you either have an older Raq or you did
something to enable open relay.

Their website has links to information on how to patch sendmail to prevent
open relay. I've found their web site to be a reasonably good resource on
open relay/sendmail.
